Clubhouse and Outdoor Pool
The community clubhouse and outdoor pool
are situated in the center of The Oaks property.
The clubhouse is used for community meetings, social events, and is available for owners to rent for private events by reservation. Please note, a maximum of 40 people are allowed in the clubhouse. The cost of rental is $50 per day with a refundable deposit of $200. Our pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting. Each homeowner is provided with a key identified by their house number to gain access to our pool through the restrooms, which also offers showers. Lost keys are replaceable upon payment of a $25 fee. Please be sure to review the pool rules before enjoying the facility each year.
Please note, there is no lifeguard on duty.
Dreams of summer!
Oaks residents love our pool! But we have a winter to get through to enjoy it again. Dan, our Building Manager, will peel back the cover and begin opening the pool sometime in May. Take time to look for that pool key to be sure you know where it is. If you cannot locate it, please contact the Business Office during scheduled office hours for a new one. Cost for replacements is $25.
Clubhouse Rental
We have plenty of dates available in the clubhouse if you would like to rent it for your gathering. Remember our capacity of 40. The rental form is available just to the left of this block - feel free to print it out and drop it at the office well in advance of your desired date. Check our the calendar, also left of this block, to check availability but know that this site is not updated daily so dates may not be up to the minute.
