The 2025 Oaks budget was approved at the December 11, 2024 board meeting and has been distributed
to all owners.
The monthly assessment amount for 2025 is $425 beginning January 1.
Thank you for making your checks out for this new amount whether through your bank's online bill pay service or by personal check.
